Couples - 09/01/2018 « Shame on you » Simply the hotel reception gave me a key of a occupied room, and I´ve just opened the door to meet an estrange couple in their intimacy. AccorHotels certified review Anonymous Couples - 24/12/2017 « Good » Was a good experience. TripAdvisor review Family - 20/12/2017 « Will never come back » I am a regular IBIS user however this time I had a really terrible experience. I reserved 3 rooms. All rooms had dirty carpets when I arrived. I asked to change and later we realized that our new rooms were given to other guests. People already came in late during our stay. I m sorry to say that, but this IBIS VALONGO is just a nightmare. TripAdvisor review RAPissarra Solo travel - 29/11/2017 « Maintenance issues but still very reliable! » Shower either got too hot or too cold, so that I had to turn on and off the tap along the bathroom but despite this everything else was quite nice. Ibis Santos Valongo is still a good option to Santos, and nearest cities, since it is near the historical district and museums of Santos (It neighbours the Museum of Sacred Art), and it is quite near the exit road in case you want to visit the cities around! AccorHotels certified review Karin M. Couples - 06/11/2017 « very good » It was good, clean and quiet bedroom, nice employees, fast internet connection. this unit unfortunately is a bit far from the beaches (Valongo/santos) and the breakfast price is a bit expensive as well. AccorHotels certified review Debora Business - 03/11/2017 « Great place to stay! » I would definitely come back! Fair price, great location and delicious breakfast! Keep up the good work! AccorHotels certified review Luiz P. Business - 02/11/2017 « Satisfied » Nice stay AccorHotels certified review Anonymous Couples - 31/10/2017 « Fair and Okay » It was a nice stay. Fair price, nice place, great view. Really good people treatment. The blackout contains are not blackout because it does not close properly and its annoying. Cleaning is not the best, but okay. I misses face and hand towel - at least one. AccorHotels certified review Edson R. Business - 21/10/2017 « ESTADIA COM QUALIDADE » Hospedo-me no Ibis Valongo regularmente. AccorHotels certified review Ana Couples - 16/10/2017 « great hotel, but we felt uncomfortable due to front desk behaviour » The room and breakfast were great, no trouble with that. But I went to the hotel with my girlfriend and the front desk guy was just shocked that we were a gay couple. We are in 2017 and still have to explain that, yes, it's two girls and one double bed while facing a shocked face. This on the least really really uncomfortable, AccorHotels certified review Walter Business - 16/10/2017 « nice stay, warm treatment » small but nice and clean room, good breakfast, helpful receptionists who promptly solved every issue I had. AccorHotels certified review Yvson Solo - 09/10/2017 « Comfort » The experience was just good. The room was clean and comfortable. The coffee break had many options and tasteful ones. It was amazing. AccorHotels certified review Momoe Families - 11/09/2017 « Excellent » Very nice hotel. Everything very clean and very friendly staff. AccorHotels certified review Peter H. Business - 11/09/2017 « I will not stay in an Accor hotel using parking Franchise » Hotel was OK but I checked in 20:30 on 7th, checked out 06:30 on the 9th. Total stay 34 hours. Your parking Franchise Multipark charged me until 20:30 on the 10th. A total of 72 hours more than double my time in Hotel. There's nothing is the neighborhood, you'll need taxi or Uber all the time. The food is also not good. But it's sufficient. TripAdvisor review Couples - 16/08/2017 « See below in the next item. » Correct the following items:1. Inadequate bedding: top sheet and duvet as a single piece do not provide proper sanitation because they are not changed and / or laundered for use by the next guest;2. Plastic cups of low quality, sometimes cracked causing leakage;3. Amount of soap and shampoo insufficient for a couple; and4. Drink of "welcome" not offered spontaneously; It was necessary to "charge".
