Business - 05/12/2017 « The stay was as good as I expected it to be. Good cost-benefit! » I normally stay at IBIS so I'm used to the environment. Simple and efficient. The location at Recife was a good add on to the hotel services. AccorHotels certified review Mariana Solo - 15/11/2017 « Lacks basic things. » Hotel doesn't have in-room service, which is a must for any 3 star hotel. I got to my room, and it didn't even have towels at all. I had to call asking for one. Even after they delivered one at my door, I still didn't have floor towels. Shower is ridiculous as well. Shower floor is disgusting and needs replacement and better cleaning. Breakfast isn't included in the almost R$200,00/daily fee, which is insane considering everything else that I'm saying now. They had computers at the entrance supposedly to give us a way of printing stuff out such as plane tickets, but surprise, they did not have the printer available. I had to send a document to the reception email in order to get it printed, which nobody likes to do since those are my documents, and I want them deleted from your laptop after printing it. In all my trips to Recife, I have always stayed at the Atlante Plaza in Boa Viagem, and I regret not doing so this time. I will not be coming back. AccorHotels certified review Aloisio F. J. Couples - 09/10/2017 « Wonderful staff » CLEAN ROOM and WONDERFUL AND HELPFUL STAFF. AccorHotels certified review Juliana T. R. Couples - 07/10/2017 « Easy and simple » Ibis is Ibis everywhere so you know what are you buying. In Recife (Pina), our stay was okay. The breakfast is served until noon, what is great, specially if you want to sleep over. It has a good variety too.The bedroom is small and simple, but was clean. The air conditioner spills water when you first turn it on, but just a few drops. It would be great if we could have a facial towel also, instead of only bath towels. TripAdvisor review Juliana R Couples - 06/10/2017 « Ibis is always Ibis » You know what you buy when you book your room at Ibis: small room, but clean; clan bathroom, but only bath towels, no facial towels; good breakfast, but you have to pay for it, because it is not included in your stay. The service is fair and the meals and beverage available is short, with a few options. Everything worked perfectly AccorHotels certified review Diego Business - 24/09/2017 « Terrible » At first, the recepcionist didn't find my reserve. Then fit me in some room and charge me R$ 5,0 over my tariff that was reimbursed on the next dayThe room was not so clean and there were a lot of noise in my room, due a power generator under my window. It was the worst staying that I ever had in an accor hotel. The hotel also charges an daily park tariff of R$ 18,00. Adding every costs, Ibis Boa Viagem is more expensive that Mercure Navegantes. Never more AccorHotels certified review Laura Friends - 29/08/2017 « Nice » Ibis standard AccorHotels certified review Derzu Couples - 29/08/2017 « Good » I had to pay for the breakfast and for the parking. AccorHotels certified review Anonymous Business - 13/08/2017 Air conditioner did't work in the first room assigned but it took 10 minutes to get a new room. Check in and out process is fast but the problem is waiting in queue (apparently reduced staff at peak times). Excellent breakfast including local food (bolo de rolo and tapioca are really a plus!) AccorHotels certified review Luiz Friends - 08/08/2017 « Bad service, its more expensive then other hotels » The hotel is ok. But I think the rate isn't that cheaper. Once there is no room service, no parking space and doest includes the breakfast. So if you plus all those points, you can have a better hotel.
