I expected at least a bottle of water as a courtesy in the apartment, especially because we are from Embassy.

 » The location of this hotel is good.
Room size is good as well.
The problem was the so called 2424 quality guarantee that actually doesn't work 24h.
I worked overnight and got to hotel by 4:30am.
The air conditioner was not working.
I called the front desk and they told me the maintenance support would be available by 7:00am.
So, besides the fact the external sound isolation is not good, I had to deal with the heat.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they helped with everything I asked for.
But the room itself was old and worn.
And I needed an short education to use the elevator.
This is a budget business hotel, with a nice location.

Very pleasant stay.
 » Eduardo and Natalia (reservation / check-in) were extremely helpful.
On the phone, Eduardo was very kind, friendly, and respectful.
Besides doing everything at reach to guarantee a great room (with a splendid view of the ocean), Natalia also offered tips on where to eat (we arrived late on a rainy evening).
The room was clean and comfortable.
My only complaint is about the air conditioning - a bit too noisy.

It was not dirty but looked it.
The desk was covered in ants, room service food quality and selection was poor.

They have to ask to another hotel, neighboor.
The bathroons are OK, with nice shower.
Rooms with enough space and people very eficient in the reception.
I missed yogurt and juices without sugar, taked with the responsible and next day they provided.

Solo - 18/06/2017 « I am a bit underwhelmed » I have booked the hotel in a rush and had found that as listed for a four star hotel rating for this mercure branch the building is torn and old.
The pool is small and facing the air conditioners of the building and the whole hotel gave me an impression of being very dirty especially my room floor and wall paint have heavily fainted and the door locked is almost broken I really think there is room for improvement ?-? Btw I was unable to add my Accor membership no which is 30…1781 would u mind to help me add back?
