The door is not sound proof.
I could here people walking, talking and even the wake-up call from a room nearby.

During three days I had a nice experience with great support from the hotel team.
Great bed, great shower, nice breakfast e a decent restaurant with good price are my highlights.
Unfurtunily the hotel is located far away from downtown and others point of interest, so is a good advice verify where you want to go before take your reservation.

The service is excellent, the staff helpful and very efficient restaurant.
I always prefer to stay at this hotel.
It is close to the center of the city and easy transportation to the other regions of São Paulo.
The company I work whit exhibits every year at the APAS fair aind our team that comes to participate in the event stays at the IBIS EXPO.

The breakfast was awesome and the environment was cool and relax, the parking price could be lower.
Except for the bathroom cleaness I had no problem and wasn't bother at all by anything.

A bed and a shower.
No room service, no minibar, not even a bottle of water, no windows that open, one little piece of soap, this is army service.
Staff don't speak English, poor Spanish.
