Couples - 27/12/2017 « Slow and unatentive hosts » At check-in, the host did not pay attention to the fact that I had already paid for the whole stay with points and credit card. He insisted twice for mento pay something that I had done already. This not being enough, when we got to the room, it had 3 single beds, and I had specifically asked for a couple's bed and a second bed for my child. Business - 09/11/2017 « not clean - » The attention of you personal overall is good, however, the two rooms we had the glass of shower door was terribly dirty. For the quality of the towels, zero. The grey - non white color - plus the old long ragged used material of the towels is a terrible statement for the hotel brand. I thought the phone was broken so I went down and asked for a room with a working phone. The front desk admitted they did not answer the phone, but replaced my phone anyway. They escorted me to the restaurant, where I ordered a salad and a glass of wine. They told me it would be delivered in 25 minutes. I called and cancelled the order an hour later. Then several days later I sent out laundry. I clearly checked the box for same day delivery. When I returned at 8PM looking for my clothes they were not there. They did not arrive until much later in the day. The service was terrible. Not answering the phone, not delivering room service as promised and not delivering laundry. I will not stay at this hotel again.
