Business - 31/10/2017 « Not a pleasant experience » Staff did not know English well.
Restaurant denied me and my colleagues entry hours before closing and told us we could only use room service.
We asked the front desk to intervene and it still took over an hour to just get our appetizers.
When I did call room service from my room, the kitchen said they do not speak English and hung up on me.
My AC in my room did not work and the controls made no sense and the front desk/staff made little to no effort to help.
The hotel wifi was terrible and we had to ask for the local cable company to come out to run a hardline for our meeting later that day.

Couples - 15/10/2017 « Good experience because of the staff.
Hotel needs renovation.
 » The experience was as good as expected when talking about service and staff.
The rooms, on the other hand, need renovation.
We had to switch room due to the following problems:- AC wasn't working (wouldn't cool down the room)- Toilet flush wasn't working properly- Clogged sink- The Safe didn't workMoving to the other room was quick and ok cause we had a good help from the staff.
But the room we were reallocated to had a working AC but it had no louvers making it impossible to change the air direction.
