We ordered food.
It wasn't delicious, it was fine and they brought only one napkin.
The tv didn't have netflix access.
I left a note when I reserved letting them know it was my wedding anniversary and nothing happened even a note of congratulations.

I was informed that the hotel has a specific floor for that, but how Am I will be able to do it outside my rrom with one infant and a toddler? It is a shame about the road works outside the hotel at this time.
Hopefully that will improve traffic flow and there will be less noise next time we stay.

We Pay to Sleep but some member of staff knocked at our door at 9:30am!!!! To check the frigobar! This is outrageous and unacceptable!WE PAY TO SLEEP AND NOT TO BE.
AWAKEN.
AT 9:30AMThe 30min wait for check in is absolutely ridiculous.

Couples - 20/12/2019 Confirmed reviews ALL we spent 2nights at this hotel, did checkin online (im a member), at the reception checkin was required, no help with baggage was offered, no instructions on how the hotel operates as be we breakfast timing/location etc was provided; we booked the privilege room, no courtesy water, no bath robes or slippers at the room; had breakfast around 9am and food burned due to overheating of the hot plate.

This time I reserved a suite and the room is awesome.
Highly recommend this location for shopping and locations of excellent eateries.
Also close to businesses, but traffic is an issue.

Families - 03/12/2019 Confirmed reviews ALL Nice staff but not enough of them! There was 1 person working on the desk when we were trying to sort out our key card and big queue.
There were more people working,in the valet car parking and to be brutally honest utterly inefficient.
We had to change our key cars 4 times because you have to use in the lift.

4/5 Crr Business - 08/11/2019 Confirmed reviews ALL Good location, temporarily made bad due to road construction right at the hotel entrance.
Very poor Wi-Fi service (low speed, unstable), which is critical for those who need to work at night.
The air conditioner in my room was not working properly, shutting down by itself.
Poor lighting at the work desk.
Poor parking valet service, slow and unfriendly.
On the other hand, quite good restaurant service, and an excellent bed.

Good things: The room was quiet, the mini-bar was restocked on a timely manner, the check-in and check-out experience was very good, and Salvadore, the evening bartender, is GREAT!Not good things: Room service.
The first evening (Sunday night) I ordered room service at 21:00, and it was delivered at 22:30! It took 90 minutes for me to get a pizza and salad! That is way too long.
The other complaint is coffee - it would be great if you had a coffeemaker in the room with real coffee, not just a kettle that heats water for instant coffee.
