I keep answering this survey hoping that one day you'll hear my pray and update your TVs systems. It's really very poor (TV and Cable channels available). This time for some reason they took off both, and when i asked about the ironing board and machine, they gave me at the reception. They didnt even took it to my apartament, i had to carry them to my apartment.The room was as clean as always, thats a good thing. Business - 28/09/2017 « A good overall experience that can easily be improved. » Good points:- Hotel is very well located. - Personnel was friendly and professional- Room service was quick and the Menu was suitable enough.- Mini Bar and bathroom amenities are very good.- Breakfast is very good - Room is well decorated and very confortable. Things to improve:- TV is not Smart and very old. Lack of quality or HD channels.- The solution to turn the TV from the living to the bedroom was causing the antenna to fail.- The channel's offer is awful. With no SAP option for non-Portuguese speaking guests.- No Iron nor Table in the rooms, makes difficult for business guests to prepare for work or business trips.
