Front desk staff were very courteous and helpful.
The breakfast in the morning was adequate too.
A couple of things that can be improved: i) all rooms should have an iron and ironing board; and ii) all rooms should have small sized washcloths in addition to hand towels and bath towels.
These should be basic in every hotel, and they were surprisingly missing.
I would hope in the future this can be addressed.

 » OPen the door, purple is dirty, has white spots, white wall has dark spots.
linen and towels are old and small.
Split AC is noisy, both inside the room as the power outside.
Bathroom amenities has really low quality.
Used to love this hotel, but I am afraid it is not keeping up.
Worst of all, a welcome gift, a beer botle in room temperature, everybody knows that brazilians like cold beer, i tought would have a cold one on the freezer to swap, but no.

It was truly a great experience that made me decide to stay at the same hotel next week.
I personally consider the neighborhood the best location to stay in Sao Paulo, specially if you travel without a car.

Close to the Paulista Avenue, in a safe area, with lots of restaurants and bars.
Rooms are very big and also nice design - we had the executive floor, I do not know if it makes any difference with the standard rooms - and good confort.
Great value for money.

Business - 22/10/2017 « Not a place I would go back to » Cleaning is terrible, bed linen and bathroom need really to be cleaned.
Your service should also be addressed: I had to have my key redone 4 times in two days as it wasnt working.
And the last day, I had to set the table for my breakfast.
Not cleaned rooms and no one to clean it for me.
