Business - 30/03/2018 « Friendly staff, accommodating and problems addressed fast! » I arrived early and a room was unavailable for early check in, but soon after (5-min) they had it for me.
Unfortunately, the room had ants and they offered to change me to another room right away.
The only thing that is missing is an iron and ironing board in the room.
Every morning I had to ask for it to be brought to me.
This is somewhat key to being a 'business' hotel, so hopefully it can be quickly addressed.

Couples - 19/03/2018 « I certainly would come back to it » The staff is very pleasant and kind.
The common areas and rooms are well designed and comfortable and breakfast is plentiful and varied.
I have been there attending to personal interests but could come back for business as well.
I have had some difficulty with room temperature controller and disliked the window at the bathroom which is a little bit larger than my privacy has expected.

Who speak perfect english.
The room was very nice and a good breakfast.
Take a Uber from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel and the airport the trip cost about 64 Reals a common taxi more than 100.
They have a huge supermarket called extra where you can find everything is only 10 minutes walk from the hotel.
You can find 3 Malls within walking distance.
On sunday the paulista street is closed for traffic and you will find they have markets all over.

The location is great and it’s one of my top choices whenever I am in SP.
the only reason I didn’t gave a 10 was the service at the reception.
Overall, the receptionists were professional and efficient.
However, at one point in time when I was trying to ask for help.
The two young women were too busy to offer help but were giggling between the two.
When the blondish hair one finally attended to me, she had this impatient look on her face and gave me a bad impression.
I waited for her and asked politely but I think she could have just smiled and said wait a little instead of ignoring me.
And pretending to smile won’t kill anyone but a smiley face enhances the perception of good customer service.
