Couples - 28/10/2017 « Not a 4 star hotel » We stayed here twice, before heading into the jungle and when we came back. The first time the room we were told was ours was already taken, we walked into someone else's room who was luckily not home. The person at reception did not seem to care but just cut us a key for another room which was empty. The roomservice food was dry and stale and we did not get what we ordered, received fries instead of salad on the side and there was no bacon on the cold burger. Nobody was friendly, we felt like we annoyed the waiter at the restaurant and nobody made us feel welcome on either arrivals. Business - 19/06/2017 « Good to work » It is ok if you are going to work in the city and don't care for the hotel entertainment options.Kids play area was smelling pee, the outside area, near to tennis court was with the tall grass.also, lots of information in the rooms folder was wrong, mentioning earlier coffee time beginning 4:30 AM when actually it not opens before 6.The folder also mentioned a games room near to the lobby, which exists buts has no games. Only empty room as said by attendant.Also, there were no cortesy snacks in the room, not even water, 5 reais a 300ml bottle is a little too expensive.The snacks price list was not clear enough, generic descriptions do not let us know the real price of the items. The absurd is the Special Chocolate, which actually is a KitKat bar for 15 reais. It is really out of reality for the standard prices in Brazil.
